MAIDA J. HASSIMAN, RN, MAN, DBA
Founder
A licensed American Safety & Health Institute (ASHI) Level 8 Instructor and trained by American Heart Association (AHA) through her Core Instructorship is a product of Ateneo de Zamboanga University where she took both her BSN and MAN. She is a US Registered Nurse who worked as a Clinical Educator in Johns Hopkins International. She also worked as a developer and provider of Continuing Education Courses and as a Continuing Education Accreditation Officer applying CE units for every course, International Conferences developed and conducted by Johns Hopkins International. Maida came back to Zamboanga after 15 years of working abroad with a vision to introduce the concept of Continuing Professional Development, and so established her own training center. PULSE Healthcare Education training & Development Center, Maida describes the place as “Where Education Meets Excellence!”. PULSE conducts life support education and training by ASHI. PULSE also presents Continuing Education Programs accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation and approved by the California Board of Registered Nurses and by the West Virginia Board of Registration Nurses.
MAYLINE C. SANTIAGO, RN

A Registered Nurse and product of Western Mindanao State University where she took up Bachelor of Science in Nursing, is a certified BLS-CPR Pro and ACLS Provider trained by American Safety & Healthcare Institute with non- remediated practical evaluation and perfect examinations score. Mayline is a certified IV therapist, Phlebotomist and was trained by the American Safety & Health Institute through the Core Instructor Development Course.
Al-Mumar A. Palulla, RN, AREMT

A registered nurse by profession and trained emergency medical technician. He is a product of Western Mindanao State University where he took his Bachelor of Science in Nursing last 2011. He has successfully completed the American Safety and Health Institute Instructor Development Course after he was trained by Pulse Healthcare on Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support with non-remediated practical evaluation and perfect examinations score. Al-Mumar is a certified IV therapist, Phlebotomist and International Trauma Life Support Provider. He is currently one of the BLS-ACLS, IV and Phlebotomy Instructor of Pulse Healthcare Education Training and Development Center

A Registered Nurse by profession and a trained Emergency Medical Technician-Basic by Philippine Red Cross, Zamboanga City Chapter. He is a product of Western Mindanao State University where he took up Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Batch 2010. He is a certified BLS-CPR Pro and ACLS Provider trained by American Safety & Healthcare Institute with non- remediated practical evaluation and perfect examinations score. He is a certified IV therapist, Phlebotomist and ITLS provider. He is currently teaching BLS-CPR Pro and ACLS Provider after completing the Core Instructor Development Course of American Safety & Health Institute
